Two Wonderful Years, Hendro Cahjono I found Christ in the Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA), although I consider myself to have been a Christian for my whole life. I began to seek the Lord more in my junior year of college. I always knew there was someone praying for me, but the feeling did not come until I came to the United States to pursue my education. I started to meet with dear Christians in Fullerton, California who appreciate the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. I felt that the more I met with them, the more the Lord was real to me. Therefore, after I got my BA degree, I decided to give myself to the Lord for two years in the FTTA. I experienced the Lord's faithfulness in answering my prayers by opening the way for me to join the FTTA. In my first year in the FTTA, I learned a lot of basic truths from the Bible which I consider as the foundation of my Christian faith. Even though the learning process was intensified week after week for the whole semester, I really enjoyed all the classes. I felt the Spirit supplied me throughout the semesters. The most crucial part is because I was taught to know and use my spirit to know the truth in the Bible. When I use my spirit to contact God (John 4:24) through His operating, the sky becomes clear and I enjoy His presence. I thank the Lord for the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee because it leads me to understand the pure word of God, and not only that, but also to experience Christ as a person in my spirit. As John 14:6 says, I am the way and the reality and the life ..., so the Lord Himself is the life to us. His life brings me the reality, and the reality becomes the way by which I enter into the enjoyment of God the Father. This ministry does not replace the pure Word of God, but it opens up the depth of the spiritual understanding of the Word of God. As God's words are opened to me day by day, and I contact the Lord in my spirit, I experience God as a real person in my life. I feel my life has been so meaningful. I have found Christ as the reality and joy of my heart. As I approach graduation from the FTTA, I consider this to have been the most unique and precious experience in my entire Christian life. It has not been a waste to spend my time to know God. Main | History | Testimonies | Links Copyright © 2002. Christian Websites. All Rights Reserved |
